• Supporting loss prevention through discreet observation and intervention
• Providing a professional response to emergencies or disturbances
• Assisting customers and diffusing potential conflicts
• Reporting suspicious behavior or safety hazards
• Liaising with law enforcement when required
• Ensuring compliance with store safety protocols
